Clue is looking for a Part-Time Event & Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute our upcoming User Group Meeting. This role will manage all aspects of event production and provide light support on other marketing initiatives, such as holiday gifting.
Clue is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS construction technology company targeting the $2 trillion heavy construction industry. This is a flexible, project-based role suited for someone who thrives on organization, logistics, and making events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Clue’s User Group Meeting end-to-end.
Secure a venue, manage contracts, and set and track the event budget.
Coordinate agenda planning and speaker logistics with the team.
Manage announcements, RSVPs, and event communications.
Arrange gifts, merchandise, and on-site materials.
Oversee logistics for meals, activities, and attendee experience.
Collaborate with Clue’s in-house marketing designer on event page and creative assets.
Provide occasional support on minor marketing projects, including holiday gifting.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate event planning or project coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Expectations:
Within first 30 days: finalize venue and budget, align with team on agenda.
Prior to event: manage all logistics and deliverables to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
