We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Sales & Engagement Specialist to own and manage the client’s LinkedIn presence and sales activity. This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, nurturing leads, and driving course and program sales—primarily via LinkedIn, with potential to support other parts of the sales process.
You’ll work closely with the client, who will lead on strategy and content creation, while you execute, optimise, and manage all aspects of the platform—engagement, lead generation, content scheduling, and light sales support.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn (Primary Focus)
Manage and nurture the client’s LinkedIn profile as a sales and visibility tool
Engage in comments and DMs as the client to build connection and community
Send targeted, personalised connection requests to ideal clients and decision-makers
Maintain and grow a high-quality network aligned with our audience
Reply to comments and build visibility by engaging on relevant posts from key accounts
Schedule and post content (written by the client) consistently, using scheduling tools
Analyse performance metrics and share insights to guide content strategy
Track engagement and flag warm leads for follow-up
Own and update the LinkedIn lead pipeline (in a system like HubSpot or Asana)
Send warm, personalised DMs to drive webinar/masterclass attendance and conversions
Track sign-ups and follow up with registrants to encourage show-up and conversion
Support with DM-based sales and potentially qualified sales calls
Support the broader sales pipeline across Kajabi, website, email, and LinkedIn
Represent the client’s brand voice and values in every interaction with care and integrity
Requirements
Experience in B2B or high-ticket B2C sales via LinkedIn DMs or social selling
Strong written and verbal English communication
Confident using systems like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Asana, or similar
Data-savvy and confident reporting on what’s working and what’s not
Comfortable owning a platform and working independently
Understanding of the corporate women’s leadership space is a plus
Ideally, a woman with corporate experience in sectors like tech, STEM, or finance
