JOB OVERVIEW
We’re hiring a Part-Time Project Manager to help us stay aligned, move fast, and deliver quality across multiple web & mobile projects.
You’ll be working with a small, highly technical team building React, Laravel, and React Native apps for real clients – no fluff, no endless meetings.
Your Role:
– Coordinate priorities and timelines across multiple modules/projects
– Handle async updates & standups with team and stakeholders
– Maintain clean project tracking (Notion, Asana, GitHub, Slack)
– Identify blockers, reduce noise, and bring clarity to the team
– Keep things moving – without micromanagement
Must-Haves
-Fluent English (written and spoken) – you’ll join calls regularly
– CET timezone availability – must overlap with our working hours
– Experience working with software teams
– Solid understanding of agile delivery, even in lean/async environments
– Comfortable using async tools: Notion, Slack, Asana, GitHub
Bonus Points
– Background in product, QA, or technical project management
– Experience managing remote dev teams
– Knows how to get updates without chasing people
– Can draft light documentation, client-facing updates, etc.
– Bonus if you’ve worked with mobile devs (React Native)
Engagement
– Part-time: 10-15 hours/week
– Fully remote (CET overlap required)
– Long-term potential if there’s a strong fit
Compensation
$500-$650 USD/month – negotiable depending on experience
