We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about short-form video content, and has a good ear for sound, style, and pacing.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week (20 seconds to 1 minute each, simple edits, typically talking head-style)

Enhance audio and apply basic sound effects
Create and edit simple graphics and charts for Instagram
Design basic thumbnails and visual assets for video posts
Follow and implement transcripts provided with each video, ensuring accurate spelling and subtitle timing
Must be available to work with at least 2 hours of overlap during California working hours.
Requirements
Based in Indonesia (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to learn real estate industry terms and apply them accurately
Attention to detail is a must—there will be an editing assessment
Ability to deliver high-quality content consistently and on time
