Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Partnership Manager** to lead our
relationships with online casino game providers. This role is essential in growing and maintaining a robust network of industry-leading game developers and providers for our company’s game aggregation platform. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, and a proven ability to forge long term partnerships that enhance the company’s gaming offerings.
Job Responsibilities:

Research and identify new game providers in the iGaming industry to onboard to the company’s aggregation platform.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with game providers and content developers, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

Lead commercial negotiations with game providers, ensuring mutually beneficial

agreements that align with the company’s strategic goals. * Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, ensuring all terms are adhered to and renewed when necessary.

Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth integration and delivery of new game content.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new game offerings to ensure the platform remains competitive and innovative.

Track the performance of partnered game providers and their content on the platform, ensuring high standards of performance and user engagement.

Act as the escalation point for any partnership-related issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

Provide regular reports on partnership activities, including performance metrics, contract statuses, and upcoming negotiations.

The Successful Candidate

3+ years in a similar partnership or business development role within the iGaming industry, with a focus on online casino game providers.

Strong track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals in a B2B environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.

Comprehensive understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including familiarity with leading game providers, regulations, and industry trends.

Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously while adhering to timelines and strategic goals.

Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to assess the value and

performance of partnerships. * A self-starter with a strategic mindset who can identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the partnership ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience with contract management and negotiation in a highly regulated industry.

Familiarity with key gaming platforms and technologies used within the iGaming sector.
