Role Overview:
The Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and medical
providers, ensuring that treatments are scheduled, completed, and documented effectively.
This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, organizational prowess, and a
commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience in a time-sensitive environment.
Bilingual proficiency is required to meet the diverse needs of our clientele effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm client appointments with chiropractors, orthopedists, and other specialists, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.

Communicate with clients regularly to set expectations, provide reminders, and address any concerns about their treatment schedules.

Monitor treatment progress and ensure timely completion of medical visits.

Collaborate with case managers to address delays or gaps in treatment, providing updates as needed.

Maintain open lines of communication with medical providers to ensure records are updated and accessible.

Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they understand the importance of adhering to treatment timelines to achieve favorable case outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong client relationships.

High level of organization to manage complex schedules and follow-ups effectively.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of treatments and compliance with legal guidelines.

Experience in healthcare coordination or case management is an asset.

Sales background, friendly persuasion, and the ability to overcome objections.
