ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for handling tasks related to returns and claims. Your duties will include reviewing and verifying data provided by Customer Support for the execution of money return as well as maintaining accurate records of completed returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with returns management and a good understanding of payment-related procedures. This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Assist with daily payment-related tasks;
Monitor payment transactions;
Resolve payment-related issues;
Provide assistance in the preparation of periodic reports;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
BSc degree in Finance is an advantage;
Experience in the field of payment operations is an advantage;
Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets);
Ability to work independently and proactively;
Good organizational and time-management abilities with focus on hard deadlines;
Critical thinking and willingness to solve problems;
Good English knowledge (both verbally and in writing).
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 1600 – 2200 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
