About Our Client
Our client is a notable not-for-profit business who operate in the medical research space. They have operations across Australia and hence are happy for the successful candidate to be fully remote, however have a head office space in the Melbourne CBD. Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will include:
Oversee end to end fortnightly payroll for the organisation
Drive continuous improvement and be a key stakeholder for system upgrades
Provide leadership and guidance to a small payroll team
Oversee the appropriate governance and management of the payroll function to ensure legislative compliance
Provide strong stakeholder management in the planning and delivery of payroll services
Drive strong cross functional relationship between payroll, finance and HR departments
Other ad hoc tasks
