Job Description
End-to-end processing of high-volume payroll for a large, diverse workforce
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations
Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Chris21/iChris, SAP, ADP, or similar)
A team player attitude with a proactive and adaptable mindset
Ideally Victoria based
