We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Vietnam. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, delivering timely and accurate payroll to employees, and providing exceptional client service. The Payroll Specialist will work remotely and collaborate closely with Manager Customer Support, internal teams, clients, and related partners.
Qualifications & Experiences
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· At least 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-client or outsourcing environment.
· Comfortable working with payroll systems and eager to learn new tools/ technologies.
· Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, PIT, and compulsory insurance regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll/HRIS systems is an advantage.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with strong problem-solving ability

· Providing high quality services to clients through end-to-end payroll processing include collecting and validating payroll data, entering data into payroll systems, processing monthly payroll runs, and preparing all related reports (payroll summary, payslips, personal income tax reports, compulsory insurance reports, variance reports, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness.
· Preparing various reports to meet clients’ needs
· Providing timely and accurate statutory reporting and submission to the respective statutory boards
· Ensuring strong customer satisfaction through meeting of service level agreements
· Ensuring compliance to all Clients, Company and Government’s regulations related to payroll and statutory reporting
· Assisting the Manager as required for special projects and activities for the improvement of client services
· Supporting the Manager in addressing queries and requirements from new clients during onboarding, payroll-related projects, audits.
· Collaborating with relevant internal/ external stakeholders and partners to ensure payroll services are delivered on time and in compliance with laws and regulations
· Identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during client assignments
