Role overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Calo, you will be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing strategies and execution across paid media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google and Programmatic Partners.. Your focus will be on creating, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement in UK Market. You will manage and measure the performance of our paid marketing channels, ensuring they align with our business objectives to drive growth and scale conversions. Collaborating closely with our marketing and design teams, you’ll craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience, ultimately contributing to Calo’s growth and market presence. This role will be remote in nature.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google and Programmatic Channels

Manage daily optimizations and automations across all platforms

Manage budgets and campaigns across these platforms to maximize return on investment and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies

Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance engagement and conversion rates

Develop a framework to test creative formats, messaging and resonance with audience personas

Develop Keyword Researches and provide CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques

Monitor trends in social media marketing, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities and platforms

Coordinate with the growth team to improve funnel conversion rates and share insights

Ideal Candidate
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company (tech experience preferred)

Proficiency in English

Knowledge & Competency

In-depth experience with social media advertising and media buying platforms

Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets effectively

Familiarity with performance marketing automation technology, attribution and analytical tools like Looker Studio, Meta Dashboard, TikTok Dashboard, Google Dashboard, Metabase, Google Sheets, Adjust, Google Analytics, Smartly

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and A/B testing

Creative mindset with the ability to identify and target key audiences effectively and devising digital campaigns that are engaging

Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels

Keen interest in staying updated with new technologies and emerging trends in digital marketing

Experience in a scale up business will be viewed favourably

Personality
