We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the global implementation, optimization & reporting of customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. You will be exposed to large, complex SEM, Display & EDM campaigns across multiple geos, assisting the team in gathering insights and proposing changes and experiments that result in better revenue and ROI for the company.
The successful candidate will be a sharp, self-motivated achiever with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You should be comfortable dealing with large data sets and know how to present clear and concise insights. You are a career-driven ambitious individual with meticulous attention to detail who’s looking to develop your analytical skills and make a real impact on the team and the larger organization.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Create and improve weekly and monthly reports on SEM / Display / EDM activities for the team
Perform detailed analysis to find opportunities for growth, fine-tune the performance of existing campaigns, and spot issues quickly
Analyze, optimize, and grow SEM and Display campaigns on a global and local market level whilst keeping to monthly ROI targets
Conceptualize and propose tasks and projects for the team to work on
Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure complete and accurate campaign setups as well as reporting on activities
Setup campaigns and be responsible for monitoring and optimization of said campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI
Build and schedule EDMs to multiple markets, without errors, on a regular basis
Manipulate and analyze large datasets using advanced excel skills and data visualization techniques to share insights with team members and other departments
Fluent in English (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to influence others and articulate ideas clearly
Ability to jump-start projects from scratch and develop action plans and KPIs to
ensure success * Strong ethics and integrity
