We are on the lookout for a talented Performance Video Ad Editor for an affiliate marketing company based in the United States. In this role, you will create high-impact video advertisements that drive traffic and conversions through various digital channels. Your contributions will play a critical role in the success of our affiliate marketing efforts, with an emphasis on creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create high-performing social media ads

Execute the end-to-end video editing process for promotional content, including ideation, filming, and post-production

Develop video ads using UGC content or create new ones with AI-generated voiceovers, B-roll content, and AI avatars.

Design high-performing image ads using web content or existing materials

Analytically assess video performance, optimizing for key metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video advertising strategies that align with overall affiliate goals.

Create dynamic and visually appealing ad content that stands out in competitive digital environments.

Incorporate graphic elements, music, and sound effects to enhance video impact and storytelling.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in video marketing, continually incorporating new ideas into your editing style.

Manage multiple projects efficiently with a keen focus on deadlines and quality.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

3+ years of experience in video editing, particularly in advertising and digital marketing contexts.

High proficiency in video and image editing software

Experience using AI tools (e.g., 11 Labs, InVideo AI, Creatify.ai, ChatGPT, etc.)

Excellent English comprehension and critical thinking/problem-solving skills

Experience with performance marketing on social media is a must

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.

Strong understanding of video performance metrics and the ability to adapt content strategy based on data.

Experience in producing short-form video content for platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other social media channels.

Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and engaging content creation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, remote environment.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours & Arrangement:

Full-time – 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

3+ years of experience in video editing, focusing on promotional and marketing content

Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Experience with video performance metrics and data-driven content optimization

Strong creative storytelling skills, especially for digital channels

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Monthly performance based incentive:

$50 per “okay” ad: Defined as any ads created by the employee that can generate more than $1,000 USD per day in profitable advertising.
$500 per “winning” ad: Defined as any ads for which you can spend over $10,000 USD per day in profitable advertising.
There’s no cap on performance payouts, ensuring excellent rewards for high-performing ads.
