Our client is a professional service specializing in negotiating loans and mortgages with banks on behalf of business owners.
You will have the independent contractor contract with Remote Hero but work directly with our final client.
About the Role
We are looking for two detail-oriented and computer-savvy agents to join our growing team:
Position 1: Phone Number Verification Agent

Use our tools and accounts to research and verify phone numbers

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in identifying and confirming contact details

Must be comfortable navigating online platforms and using a computer

Training will be provided for both role

Ideal Profile
Requirements

Experience in data entry and/or reviewing financial documents (preferred)

Comfortable using a computer and navigating web tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear procedures

Good written and verbal communication in English

Willingness to learn and take direction during training

Ability to work independently and stay focused during long tasks

Has prior experience handling sensitive or financial data

Is highly organized and deadline-driven

Demonstrates strong critical thinking and pattern recognition

Is proactive and dependable in remote work settings

Is ready to start immediately and commit full-time
