Job Role Summary
The PMGM/LMS Consultant is responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Performance Management and Learning Management System (LMS) modules to enhance employee development and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP PMGM and LMS solutions.

Work with HR teams to optimize talent management processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Conduct training sessions for end-users.

Ensure compliance with corporate learning and performance standards.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and LMS modules.

Knowledge of talent management and e-learning best practices.

Ability to configure and customize SAP solutions.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Language and Other Selection Criteria

Proficiency in English.

Experience in remote support environments.
