Performing onsite service of Low to medium complexity on 800xA Automation systems for Power Management & Electrical control applications.
Identifying and resolving technical issues through remote or onsite support.
Preparing project deliverable documents (FDS, BON, GA drawings) are available and meet quality standards.
Troubleshooting equipment and process failures, recommending proactive corrective actions.
Qualifications for the role:
Full time Diploma or Graduate Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Technology.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ABB System 800xA and IEC61850 is mandatory.
Experience in PMS (Power Management System), EMS, ECS, CILMS design, engineering, and commissioning.
Strong expertise in Process Control Automation, including hardware & application engineering, HMI engineering, library development, 3rd party communication, testing, and commissioning.
Proficiency in communication protocols such as Profibus, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, GOOSE etc.
