Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions for technical issues related to products and services.

Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

Provide constructive feedback to management regarding processes and customer concerns.

Requirements

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
