Prepare feasibility studies and project proposals related to operational aspects.
Monitor and control project schedules.
Perform calculations related to process and operational requirements.
Determine pump and pipe sizing calculations.
Ensure the implementation of engineering principles in the project, including building and piping.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is usually required. Specialization or coursework in process engineering or relevant areas such as plant design or industrial chemistry is beneficial.
Knowledge of oleochemical processes: Familiarity with the specific processes involved in oleochemical production, such as oil extraction, refining, hydrogenation, esterification, and distillation.
Process optimization: Experience in optimizing process parameters, conducting process simulations, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Safety and compliance: Understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards related to oleochemical production. Ability to ensure compliance with these regulations and develop and implement safety measures.
The client is a multi-national entity that manufactures oleochemicals, derivatives, specialty chemicals with plantations spread across the region.
