Responsibilities:
Define and monitor core product metrics, generate insights, and identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with product managers and CDO to translate business goals into analytical tasks
Formulate and validate hypotheses through data
Coordinate with data engineers on tracking requirements, data architecture, and model pipelines
Present insights clearly to stakeholders, supporting decisions with data
Build dashboards and automated reports to track product performance and user behavior
Requirements:
Strong experience in product analytics, metric systems, and A/B testing
Proven ability to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks
Hands-on skills in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing teams
Previous work in Adult, Dating, AI, or high-risk industries is a strong plus
English (mandatory, B2+); Russian is a plus
Willingness to work remotely or relocate to Cyprus

Experience working with event-based data and behavioral funnels
