Your Role
Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of building global internship experiences? We’re looking for someone who gets excited not just by the big vision, but by the daily challenge of making it happen!
This Product Management Associate position is a full-time, paid 6-month internship with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll do everything that a product manager does (and no, that’s not being the CEO of the product). Here’s everything you will be doing:
You’ll dig through user feedback and data – lots of it – to find patterns that matter
You’ll spend hours interviewing users and documenting their pain points (yes, even the tiny ones!)
You’ll write and rewrite product specs until they’re crystal clear for our engineers
You’ll chase stakeholders for feedback and requirements, keeping projects moving
You’ll clean and analyze data to back up every product decision
You’ll create detailed documentation that others can actually understand and use
You’ll join daily standups and sprint meetings, keeping track of every detail
You’ll learn to prioritize ruthlessly when everything seems important
This isn’t just about adding a fancy title to your resume – it’s about getting real, hands-on product management experience. You’ll see how products are actually built, one decision, one user interview, and one data point at a time.

Who We’re Looking For
Technical Skills You’ll Need
You’re comfortable getting your hands dirty with SQL queries and data analysis
You can build clear, logical product specs and flowcharts (and revise them repeatedly)
You know how to use analytics tools, or you’re eager to learn them inside out
You understand basic web technologies enough to have meaningful conversations with engineers
You’re ready to learn our entire tech stack to understand what’s possible and what’s not
You can document technical requirements in a way that makes sense to everyone

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
