Product Owner is a critical role for Luminor’s success to drive Leasing product development agenda and achieve a competitive offering in the market. This role holds end to end responsibility for an assigned leasing related projects.
What You Will Do:
Determining long term vision of Leasing product:

Define long term business vision for leasing products

Align product goals with business objectives and market trends

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and solutions

Managing Business related product backlog:

Keeping in close collaboration with internal business stakeholders to gather their requirements and align priorities

Prioritize business related product backlog

Initiating product related strategic projects to support long term product vision and to reach business objectives

Defining and owning allocated high complexity leasing processes and projects across Baltic countries:

Deep insight in Customer and stakeholders needs

Market trends, benchmarking with competitors

Develop new and improve existing allocated processes via clear structuring of product requirements, active engagement of stakeholders and transparent prioritization by following change management requirements

Ensure right balance between business demands, compliance requirements, acceptable risks levels and technical capabilities

Input and acceptance of developed features/functionality for allocated processes:

High level business requirements on expected features/functionality for assigned processes, lead cross- functional teams if needed to deliver this

Close co-operation with development managers to clarify, refine expected development features/functionality

Input regarding development backlog prioritization for allocated processes

Review and acceptance of developed features/functionality

Leading roll-out of developed features/functionality to relevant stakeholders (incl. trainings, documentation)

Coordination and implementation of assigned compliance initiatives (incl. initiation of closure of allocated audit, compliance, Oprisk gaps).

What We Expect:

3-5 years’ experience in product development and/or product domain expertise

Preferred finished degree in Banking, Finance

Good understanding & knowledge of leasing

Deep knowledge of customer needs in leasing area

Deep knowledge about leasing products and future trends in this area

Deep knowledge about product development

Experience working with data (product statics and analytics; results of A/B tests)

Stakeholder management

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability

Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly

Fluent English and Lithuanian language is required in spoken and written communication.

Gross salary. 3800 – 6100 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
