As a Product Owner, you will have a critical role in leading product development from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the company’s goals and objectives, while driving product innovation and ensuring success. Your ability to make data-driven decisions and understand the market and customer needs will be essential to achieving product success and driving company growth. Your responsibilities include: collaborating with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals. creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills defining and tracking product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the product and the business to create better features, address user needs, and deliver on business goals Requirements 4-5 years of successful experience as Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
