And works in different sectors such as, WASH, Health, Education, Food Security, Livelihood and provision of different kinds of emergency response and relief to returnees, IDPs and affected people and SGOA provides humanitarian assistance in remote and underserved areas, promoting equal access to development and humanitarian aid. Job Description:
Scope of Work
The Trainer for the Advanced English Language Professional Training Program will be responsible for delivering high-level English language education to freshly high school graduates. This involves developing and implementing advanced training modules, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and evaluating the progress of participants to ensure proficiency and practical application in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities: * Curriculum Development:

Design and develop advanced English language training modules tailored to the needs of trainees.

Incorporate a variety of topics including business English, technical vocabulary, advanced grammar, and effective communication strategies.

Training Delivery:

Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Create and administer assessments to evaluate participants’ language skills and proficiency.

Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement to help participants achieve their language goals.

Program Administration:

Maintain accurate records of participant progress, attendance, and performance.

Prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.

Professional Development:

Stay current with trends in advanced English language education and professional language needs.

Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance teaching skills and content relevance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure that training practices and materials comply with industry standards and educational best practices.

Regularly review and update training content to reflect changes in language use and industry requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

Work with other educators, industry experts, and stakeholders to ensure the training program meets its objectives.

Offer support and guidance to participants to facilitate their learning and application of advanced English skills.

Main Responsibilities * Curriculum Creation:

Develop detailed lesson plans and instructional materials focused on advanced English proficiency and professional communication.

Instruction Delivery:

Lead and facilitate advanced English language classes, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of content.

Participant Assessment:

Design and implement assessment tools to measure participants’ language proficiency and track progress.

Feedback and Guidance:

Provide constructive feedback on language use and professional communication.

Address participants’ queries and challenges related to language learning.

Record Keeping:

Document participant progress and performance, and maintain comprehensive records.

Program Evaluation:

Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve program outcomes.

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements * Educational Qualifications:

BA degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees (TOFEL/IELTS) in English or Applied Linguistics are preferred.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching advanced English, particularly in a professional or corporate setting.

Experience in curriculum design and implementation is highly desirable.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in English language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) will be an asset.

Additional qualifications in business or professional English training are advantageous.
