To be successful in this position, the Candidate must possess strong client support skills, responding promptly and efficiently to helpdesk calls. They should also have excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing complex technology problems across various platforms. Additionally, handling networking or server environments confidently is crucial, as is striving for expertise through achieving relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 or Azure. This position requires active engagement with existing clientele, but it also offers room for growth, influencing new relationships via quality-driven results.
