This is a client-facing IT support role focused on providing expert technical services and on-site assistance. You will act as a trusted advisor for multiple clients, delivering troubleshooting and support while contributing to internal documentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Supporting end users with desktop, network and server troubleshooting.

Managing installations of hardware, software, printers and scanners.

Logging and managing support enquiries using ticketing systems.

Conducting daily health checks and preventative maintenance.

Providing onsite and remote technical assistance to clients.

Documenting all technical procedures and resolutions.

Collaborating with engineering and infrastructure teams to meet service expectations.

Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience with Windows, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking and hardware. A clean driving licence is required for travel to client sites. Strong problem-solving skills, documentation abilities and excellent client communication are all essential. Ongoing certification in Microsoft technologies is encouraged.
