The consultant will support the organization’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) ESG Disclosure team by managing end-to-end disclosure requests, providing strategic and operational project management, and contributing to high-impact ESG reporting initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, TCFD), excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently navigate complex stakeholder environments.
You will work with the disclosure team and vendors of the wide sustainability team within CO+I primarily plus other stakeholders, so it will involve a lot of collaboration work across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing disclosure requests from intake through resolution, including data collection, synthesis, documentation, and customer communications.

Supporting the development of key ESG reports such as the Annual Sustainability Report, CDP, and TCFD disclosures.

Leading day-to-day project management, including Planner and OKR tracking, ROB implementation, and stakeholder coordination.

Contributing to strategic workstreams such as SOP development, dashboard updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drafting executive-ready deliverables including presentations, talking points, briefs, and reports.

Maintaining team operations through inbox and meeting agenda management, onboarding support, and cross-team program coordination.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience. Academic background in environmental science, sustainability, or relevant field would be beneficial.

Mid to senior level of experience is required.

Strong knowledge of Sustainability and ESG reporting and understanding the complexity of ESG-related requests.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Strong ability to deliver high-quality outputs that support executive communications and decision-making.

Previous experience in a global tech environment is a plus.

Previous experience with data centres is a plus.

This is a fully remote position.
