Job Description
Strategic Project Delivery:
Resource Planning: Ensure effective resource allocation in line with the critical project path.
Process Design: Participate in the design and development of processes, implementing lean management principles in the Target Operating Model.
Expert Input: Provide subject matter expertise in PMO, project management, LEAN, Six Sigma, and change management.
ERP Focus Areas: Contribute to the design and implementation of operating models, organizational change management, data management, process design, system integration, and AI/automation enablement.
Project Delivery:
A. Project Management:
Establish an effective PMO and governance framework.
Provide advice on project priorities, risk management, and investment decisions.
Conduct project meetings and formal reviews at project milestones.
Manage deployment, governance, reporting, control, and change management procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations for STERCO.
Lead stakeholder engagement with IT teams for project delivery.
Change Management:
Develop and execute communication and training plans for ERP users regarding new processes and products.
Collaborate with HR, product partners, and SMEs for orientation sessions.
Influence stakeholders to manage delivery expectations and align objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
10 year and more preferred.
Preferred professional industry experience
Airport industry experience
Large infrastructure organisations – Rail, etc.
Other professional requirements to perform the role effectively:
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and be able to assess requirements from a strategic/ holistic viewpoint.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
Preferred Master Degree – Ideally in business, finance, operations, supply chain or related discipline.
Must have implemented a similar ERP Transformation program (in a similar industry for Oracle Fusion)
Change Management Practitioner – PROSCI or similar.
Project Management Practitioner – PRINCE2 or PMI.
Lean management certifications
Experienced in performance improvement management and PMO with a track record of
successfully leading and delivering change through direct and indirect reports.
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Visio
