About the Client
It’s a coaching and training firm specializing in sales and marketing. Their main goal is to teach companies how to attract more customers independently by using their own content and improving their digital presence.
They promote a trust-based approach, enabling companies to strengthen their in-house teams and reduce their reliance on external agencies for growth.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience with excellent communication skills. This person will serve as the sixth member of a squad, with a focus on project management and assisting the website strategist with hands-on tasks.
What You’ll Do:
Assist our website strategists with client website tasks.
Join client calls, take notes, assist with general client tasks.
Act as the main project manager for a 6-person team, managing a portfolio of 20-35 clients at a time, helping team plan/organize sprints.
Scheduling meetings, rescheduling for team as needed
General administrative assistant tasks to support team, including client communication and booking travel as needed.
Following processes for setting up clients, general account management.
Managing client records in CRM and managing client reports.
Watch client calls for process adherence, provide feedback.
Requirements
Strong Project Management skills, Proficient in Scrum.
2-3 Years of General Website Strategy Experience.
Basic website management skills – updating pages/adding content, etc.
Basic Google analytics skills.
Basic SEO & digital marketing skills.
Basic web copywriting skills.
Proficient in ChatGPT, other AI marketing tools.
Experience with HubSpot (CRM & CMS), and WordPress.
Fluent in English, strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, client-facing virtual work environment, strong internet connectivity.
Wants to be part of a team, wants to help team members be their best.
Potential to be a manager.
Process-oriented – willing to follow and help create/optimize processes.
