The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re seeking a detail-driven Project Administrator (Residential) to join a dynamic construction business delivering residential builds across Australia. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.
To be considered, you must have proven experience in Australian residential construction , with strong skills in project administration, contracts, and workflow systems . Hands-on proficiency with Wunderbuild (highly desirable), Buildertrend, or Buildxact is required, along with working knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software for PO and invoicing alignment. SketchUp experience is also required for project and design-related tasks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and manage project workflows, documentation, and scheduling using Wunderbuild (or Buildertrend/Buildxact ) to ensure projects run seamlessly
Oversee the preparation and alignment of purchase orders (POs) to quotes and build schedules
Support tendering processes, including obtaining competitive supplier and contractor quotes
Manage supplier and subcontractor engagement aligned to build milestones
Track project progress from design sign-off through to delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and scheduling
Maintain contractor, supplier, and client documentation for compliance and transparency
Create and manage job cards, workflows, and progress reports for the onsite team
Use SketchUp to interpret and support design and project-related requirements
Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones and variations are managed smoothly
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have at least 3 years’ experience in project coordination, contract management, or construction administration within Australian residential construction (non-negotiable)
Have hands-on experience with Wunderbuild (highly desirable), Buildertrend, or Buildxact for workflow and project documentation management
Are proficient in Xero or similar accounting software for invoicing and PO alignment
Have strong SketchUp experience , ideally from a construction, architecture, or design background
Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Are proactive, dependable, and confident in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
