Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is keen to hire a Project Analyst to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. This role will support the quality operations strategic direction to deliver a best-in-class quality management system. The Project Analyst will work collaboratively with both global and local Teams throughout the duration of the project. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities of a Project Analyst (Full job description available on request):

Supporting the project team to facilitate delivery of a Quality Assurance project by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success.

Data Gathering- Gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating to establish a clear relationship between the Data.

Data Analysis- Review consolidated data and perform gap analysis against Quality Documentation requirements to support project objective.

Collaborating with Project Manager & Project Team to formulate a plan to address gaps identified

Supporting the project team to coordinate project activities that involve local sites.

Creation of presentations, reports, and project related topics to ensure effective communication to stakeholders.

Ideal background:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Science: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology.

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight.

Experience in the use of quality documentation: Quality Legislation, Lab Specifications & SOPs.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for performing data analysis.

Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organization.

Experience working in both a team setting and independently.

Works well with minimal manager guidance while able to manage own time effectively.
