What you will be doing:
The Regulatory Reporting Project Manager provides project management for entire project life cycle. Responsibilities include defining system requirements, redesigning processes, developing arguments, crafting RFPs, evaluating vendors, and negotiating contracts. Ensures contract compliance, risk analysis, project scope, implementation management, and support transition.

Provide application teams with vital information to set up reporting.

Stay up to date with regulation and updates.

Monitor performance.

Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with appropriate teams.

Develop an attestation plan/strategy.

Validate QRDA files.

Ensure QRDA files can be uploaded for attestation.

Gather audit documentation.

Complete attestation.

Serve as the point of contact for audits.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
One (1) plus years of experience in leading projects, preferably IT projects in a health care organization.Â
Solid understanding with Project Management Institute and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation principles.
Demonstrated experience in project management, systems analysis, and vendor/customer interactions.Â
Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and pragmatic consensus-building, conflict-prevention, and resolution skills-set.
Education/Certificate Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare, Business, or Technical field. (preferred)Â

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
