Cosy Hauz, a premier real estate company, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in a remote capacity (UK-based). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies targeting corporate clients, managing relationships with key accounts, and driving significant sales growth across the UK.

Responsibilities

Identify and target corporate clients to drive sales growth and increase market share

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate partners

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for corporate clients

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote company offerings and expand the professional network

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in corporate sales management, preferably in the real estate sector

Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and client relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform business decisions

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
