Quality Analyst for the National Roster Management Model, review different sample types where we compare the source of truth provided by the provider to our database systems which consist of but not limited to the following Requests received by provider are demographic in nature, reviews consist of both comparison as well as determining task at hand based on provider’s request. High energy, positive team-oriented individual with daily interaction expectation during team huddles.

Primary Responsibilities:
Help manage provider data and maintain and improve databases
Reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses
Help develop/maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance
Coordinate corrective activities to clean database and retain users
Manage communication processes with other departments regarding database improvements
Assist in audits and data quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience in the health care industry
2+ years of claims/data entry experience
1+ years of customer service or Provider services experience
1+ years of experience with NDB
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending, and reporting
Presently employed within UHC Ops & Experience – Provider Ops – Provider Data Operations (PDO)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with NDB, CSP FACETS, NICE, PROBASE

The salary range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
