What You’ll Do:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems powering AI-driven tools.
Drive architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
Proven track record of building robust systems, ideally within high-performance or data-intensive domains.
Demonstrated ability to ship and maintain impactful personal or open-source projects.
Experience with modern development workflows, scalable infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
Additional Details:
Fully remote role with occasional team meetups in Tallinn.
