Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead and oversee Quality Assurance operations in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory compliance, and documentation, with hands-on experience in managing QA activities to ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems Management: Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems in compliance with GMP, ICH, and other applicable regulatory standards.
Documentation Control: Review, approve, and maintain controlled documents such as SOPs, batch records, change controls, and validation protocols.
Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections; manage audit responses and CAPA implementation.
Deviation & CAPA Management: Review and investigate deviations, complaints, and non-conformances; ensure timely closure of CAPAs.
Training & Compliance: Provide training on QA systems and regulatory compliance to team members.
Vendor Qualification: Conduct remote vendor audits and manage qualification processes.
Product Release: Oversee quality review and approval of batch records and release of finished products.
Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, R&D, RA, and supply chain via digital platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or QA setup.
Solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and Indian & international regulatory frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, electronic QMS, and remote audit tools.
