QHSE Manager (M/W)

MISSIONS :
Reporting to the General Manager, your role as QHSE Manager will include, but not be limited to:
Team Management

Coordinate the site QHSE team (3 collaborators on site)

Encourage the development of good working conditions

Participate in the development of the QHSE skills of the team

Implement a QHSE process management system

Quality/Health/Safety/Environment

Meet client requests regarding health, quality, food safety, and environmental compliance within the framework defined by the contract

Ensure these requests align with the company’s QHSE standards

Conduct internal and external audits and ensure client standards are implemented

Ensure compliance with HACCP standards, the internal QHSE system, and that their respective updates are communicated to all relevant parties

Conduct QHSE and HACCP audits on site

Prepare monthly QHSE indicator reports and evaluate results against set objectives

Develop and update QHSE and HACCP training tools

Contribute to the development and implementation of approved supplier pre-lists and audit each supplier as part of the approval process

Handle non-conformity and/or poor product quality issues

Conduct investigations in case of food poisoning, present a report to the client, and close the incident with the client by presenting causes and corrective actions

Collect data on work accidents, evaluate costs according to procedures

Propose and initiate preventive and corrective actions

Participate in client and internal meetings
