We are looking
for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our e-commerce product group at Kilo Health. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a knack for identifying product issues, we want you on our team!
Get ready to
Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Test current products and identify deficiencies
Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collect quality data & perform regression testing
Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
We expect you to
Have 2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Be experienced with a variety of testing techniques, such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Test-Driven Development strategies
Have hands-on experience with automation tests using JavaScript and Playwright
Have knowledge of web security technology, software QA tools, and testing processes
Be proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Have experience with both white-box and black-box testing
Be familiar with automated testing tools
Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Have experience with performance and/or security testing (a plus)
Have experience in leadership roles (a plus).
Salary
Gross salary range is 2565 – 3060 EUR/month.
Location
This position is onsite at the Kilo Health HQ in Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day.
