About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our remote team. This position focuses on maintaining high standards across logistics coordination, scheduling, and customer communication processes.
Responsibilities
Monitor and review workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards
Conduct quality checks on dispatch records, schedules, and communication logs
Identify and report errors or inconsistencies, suggesting improvements where needed
Assist in training team members on quality requirements and best practices
Collaborate with coordination and dispatch teams to improve overall service reliability
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in quality control, logistics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Reliable internet connection and knowledge of basic online collaboration tools
Compensation
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience
