Why is this role important to Dispatch Management LTD (DML)?
This role is important to DML as it helps support the needs of DML’s clients by enabling smooth connections between clients and technicians thereby ensuring the highest possible success rates. The activities of this role center around DML’s strategy of curating custom-made services based on the client’s individual needs according to their definition of success. This position focuses on outbound efforts to recruit, vet, onboard, engage, match, and orchestrate new & current technicians in the Field Nation marketplace. This role is in our Quick Start Team and reports to the Assistant Manager – Dispatch Services.
Job Responsibilities:
Working closely with management and team leads to receive project briefs, understand assignments, formulate plans and monitor progress to ensure highest levels of success.
Connect with technicians regarding vetting, skillset verification, and work opportunities on the Field Nation platform.
Communicate with technicians through various means including calling, emailing, texting, and in-platform chat messaging.
Data entry and data processing.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow process.
Regular reporting and brainstorming sessions to discuss successes and failures to develop processes as required.
Use tools like G-Suite, Email automation, text messengers, chat interfaces, applicant tracking systems and job boards to effectively recruit, vet, and orchestrate new talent
Support new clients during their platform training, enabling improved adoption of the Field Nation platform while assuring the highest possible project outcomes.
Coach technicians and clients in the best practice use of the Field Nation platform.
Connect & follow up with technicians during client project support to improve talent acquisition, confirmation, adoption and success rates.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) as this role requires consistent communication with US team members, technicians and clients.
Previous US-based customer service, recruiting or sales experience is preferred.
Confidence over the phone.
Creative and critical thinking.
Positive mental attitude during heavy workload.
Technical capabilities to utilize tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Email Automation, SalesForce & other platforms.

Educational Requirements:
Completion of at least 3 years of Undergraduate is strongly preferred.
Although tertiary education is not required, candidates MUST have strong English speaking, writing and conversational skills since this role involves constant communication with USA-based clients as well as stakeholders.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:
This is a full-time opportunity (subject to successful completion of probation period).
Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon-Fri).
Hours generally range from 8pm – 5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.).
