Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller (Virtual Assistant)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. Your main responsibility will be to call property owners to identify homeowners who are interested in selling their property. This role is crucial in building our pipeline of seller leads for off-market real estate opportunities.
️ Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using a provided script and call list
Qualify leads by asking key screening questions
Accurately input and update lead information in the CRM
Set appointments or forward hot leads to the acquisitions team
Follow up with leads as needed
Maintain high call volume and daily reporting
Stay professional and courteous at all times
Requirements:
6 months of cold calling in (real estate preferred)
Fluent in English (clear speaking voice and minimal accent)
Confident and friendly phone presence
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, or similar)
Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, or BatchDialer is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Skills (not required):
Real estate knowledge (wholesaling, investing, or sales)
Spanish fluency (optional but a bonus)
Familiarity with U.S. time zones and markets
Work Hours:
Must be available to call Tuesday – Saturday during U.S. business hours (typically 9 AM 6 PM EST/PST)
Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
Compensation:
Bonuses for closed deals
