The Role
This remote position is perfect for someone with a background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation: Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.
Dialer Management: Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.
Research & Database Management: Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
Communication & Empathy: Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.
Value Articulation: Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.
Ideal Profile
What You Bring:
Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service, ideally within the real estate industry.
Clear & Compassionate Communication: Fluent English with the ability to speak clearly and minimize accent for effective communication.
Software Savvy: Experience with lead management tools like Mojo, with a willingness to learn new systems.
Research & Organization Skills: Strong ability to research, organize, and prioritize lead information.
Resilience & Positivity: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a friendly, engaging demeanor.
