The Role
You will be responsible for :

Leading and providing oversight on contractual negotiations with third parties.

Leading contract reviews from a commercial, operational perspective, contract negotiation, and liaising with legal team as required.

Advising key internal stakeholders on commercial & contract risks and developing and implementing of risk management strategies and plans.

Ensuring all contracts are compliant with corporate policy and meet regulatory requirements.

Tracking and reporting on contracts reviewed on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Coaching, motivating and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.

Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings.

Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.

Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Managing 1-5 team members.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Contract Manager within Other Services, Real Estate and Software / SaaS.

You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.

You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

You have working knowledge of Gsuite, Transaction Coordination, MLS & Listing Management, Tech & Software Proficiency, Attention to Detail & Accuracy, Problem-Solving & Adaptability, Research & Due Diligence, Organizational & Time Management Skills, Communication & Coordination and Self-Motivation & Initiative

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
