We are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us.
Responsibilities
Attracting candidates for Middle Level client-faced positions (sales, project/account managers etc)
Crafting candidate profiles effectively
Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines
Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel
Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care
Meeting vacancy closure deadlines
Initiating search processes promptly
Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion
Requirements:
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Experience working with client-faced roles: sales executives, account managers, business development managers, customer support etc
Experience working in an international environment (in-house or agencies)
Fluent English (C1)- a must
Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 3-5 years
