Key Duties for the Recruiter Role
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Identifying qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conducting initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Providing feedback to candidates and negotiating job offers
Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Recruiter
Fluency in English and one of the following languages – German, Dutch, Italian or French
Previous experience in recruitment is required – (RPO/BPO industry experience would be an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software platforms
