What You’ll Do
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will execute the daily recruiting tasks that keep our cleaner pipeline strong and support the operations & sales teams with precision:
Clear inbound candidate leads in Breezy quickly and thoroughly
Send follow-ups, schedule and confirm interviews using scripts
Conduct pre-screening calls and record notes accurately
Schedule test cleanings and ensure they are executed without delays
Follow up on feedback, handle initial cleaner onboarding steps, and push documentation
Track all progress in Breezy, Slack and Google Sheets
Escalate complex issues to the Ops Lead immediately
Sales support where needed: inbound sales inquiries, CRM tasks and updates, Helpscout ticket inquiries, customer support:
You will focus primarily on recruiting during most workdays, but you will also cover sales support on two designated days when our Sales Lead is off, during his breaks, and whenever sales coverage is needed. Additionally, you’ll assist with sales tasks (inbound requests, CRM updates) during periods of lower recruiting volume – and vice versa.
