Outsource Access

Outsource Access is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team. This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup and will involve supporting our talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top-quality candidates. As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
Your primary responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations. You will also engage with potential candidates through various channels, promoting our company culture and values, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions within the company.

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate statuses

Support the recruitment team in developing job postings and marketing strategies to attract top talent

Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates regarding their application status

Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates

Participate in recruitment efforts and maintain a strong employer brand

Conduct market research to identify talent trends and sourcing strategies

Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the recruitment experience for candidates

Requirements

Experience as a Recruitment Associate, HR Intern, or in a similar role in recruitment or human resources

Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and exhibit a good sense of judgment

Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

Willingness to work in a remote or hybrid environment.
