Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various platforms and methods

Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications

Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Establish best practices in talent acquisition and team cohesion

Stay updated on industry trends and technological development

Requirements

Willingness to learn with strong organisational and time management skills

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques

Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates

Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards

Access to your own computer/laptop and internet access

Experience in conducting high volume of interviews in English would be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – if you enjoy interacting with people this is the role for you!
