Responsibilities
Act as subject matter expert (SME) on financial systems (Fusion, PHOENIX POS, ECW)
Monitor system integrations and lead resolution with support teams
Oversee financial control systems in 19 service centers
Reconcile Mobile Money, cheques, and other financial transactions
Serve as SPOC for audits on transactions, inventory, and sales
Ensure compliance with OHADA and IFRS standards
Perform accurate reconciliation of ledgers (AR, Inventory, GL)
Manage price setup, dealer approvals, and stock movements
Consolidate and submit detailed monthly reports on inventory, sales, and collections
Analyze stock impairments, discrepancies, and financial reports
Coordinate inventory counts and ensure asset security
Monitor bank reconciliations and enforce financial policies
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in Finance and/or accounting and banks reconciliations with experience in supervising others.
Experience in Financial analysis
Experience in Accounts reconciliation
Financial Modelling in Excel, Power BI
Experience working in a medium organization
Knowledge of MTNC business, products, and processes.
Experience Managing remote hubs and partners
Experience working in a medium to large organization.

Mobile Money

Fraud detection and prevention skills
BSc. Degree in Accounting, banking, and finance or related field.
Power BI, SQL
Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
Inventory Management, Cost accounting, Account Receivables, Sales Accounting, Cash collection.
ERP Systems
Understanding of Financial fraud and risk related matters.
Financial modelling aptitude
OHADA and IFRS Accounting
