Regional Alliance Manager, SOLA (Remote)

About The Role: As a Regional Alliances Manager (RAM) in the SOLA region, you will drive new business opportunities with and through a partner list in the SOLA territory (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Perú, and Uruguay). You will work with internal teams and lead our strategic partners (e.g., NeoSecure, KC-Latam, Nastec, Orion, Urudata, AWS, Google, and others) to deliver growth for CrowdStrike. The ideal candidate will build strong, productive relationships with partners, focus on growing business opportunities, and achieve a marked increase in partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations. Prior cybersecurity knowledge is encouraged.
This role is available to candidates located in Santiago de Chile or Buenos Aires.
What You’ll Do
– Collaborate with partners within the countries on engagement, launches, and enablement up to delivering sales, product, and support training as required.
– Coordinate with Alliances Solutions Architects on technical enablement for partners and develop a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales growth for the territory.
– Support and facilitate engagement of internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams.
– Strategize with field marketing on designing and executing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
– Develop a business plan outlining target revenues and yearly objectives, including quarterly business reviews.
– Proactively maintain knowledge of industry trends, territory dynamics, existing/target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
– Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition.
– Ability to travel up to 50%.
– Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
– University/College degree or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a proven track record of quota attainment.
– Strategic thinker with hunter mentality, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving ability.
– Partner development experience and ability to engage decision-makers within current channel relationships.
– Ability to communicate with partners at all levels, from sales reps to C-level executives.
– Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
– Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
– Fluent in Spanish and English.
– Based in Santiago de Chile or Buenos Aires.
Bonus Points
– Previous sales experience in information security with broad knowledge of security and networking technologies.
