Job Summary
To manage remotely a portfolio of around 500+ Premium customers and meeting all their needs to focus on mainly transactional clients with low TRV and migrate to Digital Channel and in particular, to grow the portfolio both in size and through Total Relationship Value. Maintaining remote/virtual contact with customers and offering customers with timely products and services tailored to their identified needs. Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Banks products and services, willing to learn and develop new skills. Having a flexible attitude to work geared to meeting the Bank and customer needs.
